Shanghai Fish Project, Palm Island of Shanghai Version

Working closely with the Shanghai local government, LongRunn completed the city planning, project planning and design of theme-oriented Shanghai Fish Project with a total area of 2.53 square kilometers. The Group provided  the traffic and environment amenities for the development, which is equipped with an adjacent wetland park of 5 square kilometers area and  supported by Metro and Huangpu River tunnel. Shanghai Fish is a large-scale man-made wonder with extensive environmental protection amenities. . LongRunn co-developed Phase One of the Project with HK-listed KWG Property Holding Limited.
